Build, grow, and manage your own Farmers agency as an independent contractor. Explore a program with startup support and bonus opportunities designed to reward growth over the first 36 months.
Support at the start
The supplied Retail material describes a startup bonus package that includes a signing bonus and exterior branding bonus support, subject to program terms and specified maximums.
Early production opportunity
A Fast Start Bonus of up to $10,000 may be available based on qualifying new business before full-time appointment.
Incentives as you grow
Monthly bonus and lead opportunities may be available for up to 36 months. Retail bonuses are in addition to commissions; production requirements reset quarterly.
Additional bonus opportunities may be available after the program. University of Farmers training supports new agent development.
Your route to full-time appointment
- Review the opportunity. Understand ownership and available programs.
- Verify eligibility. Review background, capital, licensing, office, and staffing requirements.
- Complete the applicable preliminary appointment. The deck describes Reserve or Associate agreements, required licenses, and capital validation.
- Complete training and onboarding. Participate in University of Farmers training.
- Prepare your agency. Secure the required office, hire licensed and appointed staff, and complete the contract for full-time agent status.
Ownership means responsibility and possibility.
You will build and manage a business. The opportunity includes new and renewal compensation, qualifying performance incentives, and the possibility of building Contract Value under the applicable agreement.
