What the opportunity includes
- Real-world experience working in a Farmers agency.
- The opportunity to learn from an industry professional.
- Access to University of Farmers training.
- Production and preparation milestones toward agency ownership.
- An opportunity to waive standard new agent capital requirements.
Employment details—including compensation, schedule, and duties—are arranged between you and the hiring agency owner.
How you move forward
- Complete a satisfactory background check.
- Hold Property & Casualty licenses before appointment as a Protégé Agency Producer.
- Work with an eligible agency owner who requests your program appointment.
- Complete production and preparation milestones. Life & Health licenses are required for production milestones and full-time agency owner appointment.
- Discuss your readiness and eligibility for agency ownership.
Graduation bonus opportunity
The supplied program material describes an opportunity for a graduation bonus of up to $8,000 following appointment as a Farmers agency owner, subject to program requirements and availability.
